Seafair-135-2Located on the corner of Western Avenue and Bell Street in downtown Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, Belltown Lofts is a collection of 33 flats and 25 unique industrial style lofts featuring the charming exposed brick interiors that make loft homes so desirable.  Originally built in 1908, 66 Bell was renovated in 2000 by U-Arc Design and Driscoll Architects which ended up received a Green Honor Award by American Institute of Architects in addition to becoming certified by Seattle City Light as Built Smart.  Having also obtained landmark status, the six-story building contains 58 homes with interiors designed with oak beams, sandblasted brick, metal railings and stainless steel fixtures.  Residents have the enjoyment of using the community deck landscaped with a Japanese Zen garden with each of the top floor homes having their own private patios.  An additional in-city serenity can also be enjoyed with the interior private courtyard which consists of a fountain, reflecting pool and bamboo.
